Connecting Your Shopify Store

GoFulfill integrates directly with Shopify to automatically import your orders for fulfillment.

How to Connect

1. From Shopify App Store: Search for "GoFulfill" in the Shopify App Store and click Install
2. From GoFulfill: Go to Stores in your dashboard and click Connect Store

What Gets Synced

When you connect your store, we automatically sync:

• Orders: New orders are imported automatically via webhooks
• Products: Product information for matching and quoting
• Customer data: Shipping addresses for fulfillment

Permissions Required

We request the following Shopify permissions:

• Read orders and fulfillments
• Write fulfillments (to mark orders as shipped)
• Read products

Troubleshooting

Orders not syncing?

• Check that auto-sync is enabled in your store settings
• Try clicking "Sync Now" to manually trigger a sync
• Ensure the store is marked as Active

Connection failed?

• Make sure you're logged into the correct Shopify account
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting the store
