Here's what happens when you receive your first order through GoFulfill.

The Order Journey

1. Order Import

When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, it's automatically imported into GoFulfill within seconds.

2. Quoting

Our team reviews your order and provides a quote for each item. This includes:

• Product sourcing cost
• Any applicable markups or fees
• Estimated shipping

3. Internal Pricing Review

Our team prices the order internally and sends the invoice once pricing is ready.

If anything looks wrong later:

• Review pricing in Products or Invoices
• Use Request Requote to flag the issue
• Our team will re-check sourcing and adjust through the finance-safe flow when needed

4. Procurement & Fulfillment

Once pricing is ready:

• We source and procure your products
• Items are quality checked
• Orders are packed and shipped

5. Tracking

• Tracking numbers are uploaded to Shopify
• Your customers receive shipping notifications
• Track delivery in real-time

Tips for Success

• Connect your store first - Orders can't flow until you're connected
• Review pricing after invoicing - Use Products or Invoices if you need a pricing correction
• Set up notifications - Stay informed about order status
