Shopify Connection

Connect your Shopify store to automatically import orders for fulfillment.

Initial Setup

From Shopify App Store

  1. Search for "GoFulfill" in the Shopify App Store
  2. Click Add app
  3. Review permissions and click Install
  4. Open GoFulfill from Shopify admin
  5. Click Sign in and connect store
  6. Sign in with the GoFulfill client account that should own the store
  7. Confirm the store name and domain, then click Connect
  8. Return to the Shopify tab after GoFulfill confirms the connection

From GoFulfill Dashboard

  1. Go to Stores in your dashboard
  2. Click Connect Store
  3. Enter your store URL (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com)
  4. Authorize the connection in Shopify

Managing Your Connection

Store Settings

For each connected store, you can configure:

  • Auto-sync: Enable/disable automatic order import
  • Active status: Pause order import temporarily

Manual Sync

If orders aren't appearing:

  1. Go to your store's settings
  2. Click Sync Now
  3. Recent orders will be imported

Disconnecting

To remove a store connection:

  1. Go to store settings
  2. Click Disconnect Store
  3. Confirm the action

Note: Disconnecting doesn't affect existing orders.

Multiple Stores

You can connect multiple Shopify stores:

  • Each store syncs independently
  • Orders are grouped by store in your dashboard
  • Quotes and invoices are combined per customer account

Troubleshooting

"Store not found" error

  • Verify your store URL is correct
  • Ensure you're logged into Shopify

Orders not syncing

  • Check if auto-sync is enabled
  • Verify the store is marked as Active
  • Try a manual sync

Permission errors

  • Disconnect and reconnect the store
  • Ensure you have admin access in Shopify
