Sync Settings

Control how and when orders are imported from your Shopify stores.

Auto-Sync

When enabled, orders sync automatically via Shopify webhooks:

  • New orders: Imported within seconds of being placed
  • Order updates: Changes sync automatically
  • Fulfillment sync: Tracking numbers pushed back to Shopify

Enabling Auto-Sync

  1. Go to Stores → Select your store
  2. Toggle Auto-sync on
  3. Changes take effect immediately

Manual Sync

Trigger a sync manually when needed:

  1. Go to Stores → Select your store
  2. Click Sync Now
  3. Recent orders (last 30 days) will be checked

Use manual sync for:

  • Initial import of existing orders
  • Troubleshooting missing orders
  • After reconnecting a store
