Every order goes through our quoting process to determine pricing for fulfillment.
When an order is imported from your store, each line item enters the quoting queue.
Our system (and team) identifies the best supplier for each product:
For each item, we calculate:
Once all items are priced, the order moves straight into fulfillment readiness.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Awaiting quote from our team |
| Quoted | Price has been generated internally |
| Approved | Pricing is locked and the order can move to invoicing |
| Invoiced | Invoice generated for payment |
