GoFulfill pricing is reviewed internally and stays in effect until it is repriced.

Current Workflow

Order Arrives → Quote Generated → Approved Internally → Invoice Sent → Fulfillment Begins

Policy Rules

1. Covered products move forward after internal review.
2. Supplier orders are created manually by the ops team.
3. Prices stay in effect until they are repriced.
4. If a price looks wrong, use Request Requote from products or invoices.

What Customers Should Monitor

• Invoice amounts before payment
• Product prices that look out of market
• Any line item that needs a correction or repricing review
